Reporting to the Team Leader and based at the Group Savings and Retirement Contact Centre, you will be answering incoming calls from plan members and providing them with information or proposing solutions related to their group insurance program. The scheduled number of working hours is 37.5 hours and no weekend work or sales will be required. We need our employees to be available to work our working hours may vary between 8a.m. and 8p.m.

Your primary responsibilities
Respond professionally and accurately to questions and requests from internal and external clients regarding established methods.
Create and maintain good relations with internal and external clients and provide accurate information to clients based on product knowledge.
Provide information based on the established guidelines and propose alternatives in order to meet client needs.
Process all requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the files are updated and the appropriate solution was or will be found.
Acquire and maintain a good understanding of the Standard life systems, services and products currently in use in the work unit.
Diploma of Collegial Studies or university degree
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a "client contact centre" environment
Strong interest and motivation to learn about financial products and also group savings and retirement products
Bilingual – French and English (written and spoken)
Listening skills, tact and ability to work in a team
Availability between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
