Multimedia Designer

Description:

This highly creative, technically skilled and organized individual will be responsible to recommend, design, develop and implement client centric multimedia based solutions in alignment with branding and organizational needs and objectives. 

  • Applies principles of graphic design, animation, video and sound, web and motion design to the task of developing printed, digital and interactive material.
  • Designs and create effective digital based campaigns for our partners internationally (Canada, UK, Ireland).
  • Produces digital and print material for new business proposals and sales presentations.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained and executed across all digital media to deliver consistent message and look.
  • Monitors international developments, trends and best practices in regards to multimedia based communications.

Requirements

  • College education in graphic design, multimedia, computer technology or equivalent.
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic and motion design.
  • Knowledge of video production principles including pre and post production elements.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience.
  • Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience designing advertisements, campaigns, promotions and emails.
  • Experience with the following applications: Adobe Flash, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe Photoshop CS+, Adobe Acrobat, Final Cut Pro, Dreamweaver.
  • Ability to image source.
  • Solid comprehension of user interface design and information architecture.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a high-activity work environment.
  • Strong team player and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Meticulous attention to details and ability to follow a regiment workflow.
  • Bilingual, French and English, written and spoken.
