Temporary mandate until end of April 2013.

To be succesful in this role, the incumbent must provide reception duties and administrative support for Retail Market Sales Team.

  • Handles, sorts and distributes mail, fax and other material.
  • Provides reception duties, as required.
  • Sets up, prepares and/or maintains files, records and reports.
  • Performs other related activities, as assigned, in support of departmental and/or corporate objectives.
  • Identifies and reports weaknesses and applies controls to mitigate financial and operational risks. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical (college) diploma.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
