Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

The Senior Analyst Process Improvement participates in process improvement projects applying techniques and using specific approaches and tools developed with the Sr. Consultant, conducts small projects or parts of more complex projects. The Senior Analyst Process Improvement is responsible to follow-up the progress on projects in implementation mode, to organize and conduct status meetings, to produce the project reporting and processes performance assessment.

  • The Senior Analyst Process Improvement will keep the methodology documentation and tools updated and accessible. He/she will keep the project documentation organized.
  • Collaborates with a Sr. Consultant Process Improvement on projects.
  • Conduct small process improvement projects or parts of more complex projects applying specific approach and tools.
  • Follow-up progress on projects in implementation mode and ensure all transformational elements have been successfully implemented. Conduct post-mortem activities.
  • Produce reporting for projects under his/her responsibility.
  • Conduct status and/or problem solving meetings for the projects under his/her responsibility.
  • Conducts initial process performance analysis.
  • Document current and future processes.
  • Prepare workshop material and logistics.
  • Develop, formalize, and update methodology and tools.
  • Maintain practice and project documentation library.


  • University degree, with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, or a Technical (college) degree, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience.
  • 2 years experience in process improvement / management consulting / change management.
  • Good knowledge / experience in LEAN methodology and tools ( "yellow/green belt").
  • Knowledge / experience in change management methodology and tools.
  • Knowledge in project management methodology and tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptation to various environments.
  • Consistency and discipline in following up on projects implementation.
  • Good autonomy.
