To work in partnership with members of the recruitment and HR team, as well as internal clients, to attract, hire and integrate the best talent and, therefore, meet the Company's strategic and operational needs.

  • Rapidly understand the structure and various roles within the client departments.
  • Clarify mandates with internal clients.
  • Develop recruitment strategies for various positions.
  • Handles various aspects of the recruitment process: choosing posting options, pre-selection, interviews, employment offers and candidate management.
  • Advises and challenges managers regarding recruitment practices.


  • Undergraduate degree in Administration, HR Management or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Bilingualism, English and French, written and spoken, is absolutely necessary.
  • Comfortable with using technologies extensively: MS-Word, LinkedIn and social media, candidacy management software, etc.
  • Available to work full-time until the end of December 2013.
