The Senior Associate, Customer Support, acts as a resource person for the Retirement Services Team by providing marketing and diversified administrative and related support to members within the regions. More specifically, he will have to:

  • Provides diversified administrative and related services and support to the Retirement Services Team- both Regional Retirement Consultants (internal) and Retirement Consultants (external).
  • Keeps booking calendar up to date and liaises with Retirement Consultants (external)  to ensure that information is received and that meetings take place.
  • Responsible for contacting external clients to coordinate and confirm complete member pre-retirement information.
  • Responsible for completing the member order form for all requests within the regions.
  • Prepares and supports the delivery of client-specific PowerPoint presentations for pre-retirement member seminars.
  • Responsible for inputting survey results, seminar reports and any other reports as needed.
  • For rush situations, may be asked to assemble member information kits. Ensures complete information is included in the kits and assembles and ships them to the member or client in a timely manner.
  • Acts as a backup for various tasks within the team.
  • Keeps abreast of new and revised technical, administrative and product changes and processes as well as changes within the industry that affect the line of business.


  • Technical (college) degree, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Pension knowledge is an asset. 
  • Bilingual – English and French (written and spoken).
