Senior Analyst, End-User-Computing (EUC)

The Senior Analyst provides specialized administrative services to internal and/or external business partners while meeting quality and service standards. They may coordinate the team, assist in the resolution of complex issues, provide input regarding the development and improvement of work tools (systems) and participate in constant process review, quality control and/or the continuous growth and development of employees.  They may participate in the coordination of daily activities.

  • Performs complex analysis and investigates trends to provide sound recommendations and allow management to make informed decisions.
  • Resolves the complex, non-standard issues in their area of specialization (e.g. systems, research, etc.) that have been forwarded by other team members or internal and external business partners.
  • May coordinate, follow up on and supervise the workflow and output of junior team members in order to meet productivity, quality and compliance standards within established turnaround times.  May provide coaching and on-the-job training to less experienced members.
  • Provides coaching to Client services members.
  • Assesses training needs through analysis of productivity and other reports' results in order to recommend training schedules or modifications to processes and procedures.
  • Participates in the development of training materials and provides a supplement to formal training by coaching and guiding employees and ensuring experiential knowledge transfer.
  • Defines quality assurance parameters and monitors and measures productivity in order to evaluate it for conformance with standards or desired results.  Makes sound recommendations for improvements and enhancements of procedures, processes and systems, when required.
  • Actively participates in projects aimed at improving productivity and customer satisfaction with regards to matters related to their area (or areas) of expertise and competence, such as computer systems, policies, practices, processes and certain legislation.
  • Acts as liason with external auditors and governments.
  • Identifies, implements and maintains controls to mitigate financial and operational risks. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor and provide results to the Management team.


  • University degree, with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, or a Technical (college) degree, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience.
