They are looking for ways to optimize costs, report savings and deliver benefits to our business with the collaboration of all our stakeholders. This translates into a range of activities from benchmarking recruiting agencies to banking services.

Develop and execute category and commodity sourcing strategies to maximise the commercial benefit of the supply chain
Deliver team and individual savings targets on time with minimal risk to the business
Manage and deliver high value and key business critical projects to ensure cost and risk mitigation and value add for Standard Life
Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of relevant supplier markets to identify and evaluate commercial risks and opportunities in line with Standard Life strategic direction
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, with five (5) years of related experience
Must have commercial and legal knowledge. Experience with change and project management
Significant track record of implementing and delivering procurement strategies to deliver commercial benefit
SCMP designation (an asset)
Bilingual, French and English, written and spoken
