Running our group programs requires teamwork. Our customer relationship representatives are key contacts throughout this process. They assist our Business Development team and network of advisors by providing the information they need to establish customer relationships and meet our sales targets. To nurture these relationships, they regularly contact customers, offering training and personalized reviews of services. They are committed to ensuring our customers enjoy the best possible service experience at all times.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers: assume the responsibility of retaining these customers.
Provide ongoing support to the customer relationship managers on your team.
Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage customer relationships during the implementation of new and existing business.
Support the sales process by efficiently providing accurate information to customers and intermediaries on Standard Life products and services.
Participate in the sales process (may participate in delivering finalist presentations and work with the business development director during the negotiation process).
University degree (business administration or mathematics), with two (2) years of relevant experience, or a technical (college) diploma, with eight (8) years of experience.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel).
