We develop distinctive group savings and retirement (GS&R) solutions for our plan sponsors to help them gain a competitive edge, adding value to their employee benefits. Helpful, dedicated and knowledgeable are attributes that describe you well. You are a specialist in team management and focusing on proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while looking for up-sell and cross sell opportunities.

Your contribution:

  • Lead, manage and coach the Client Relationship Team who is responsible to establish customer relationships and ensure yearly visits quotas and appropriate CRM workload.
  • Achieve departmentobjectives of retention, up sales and sales.
  • Create and deliver a sound business plan that is in line with corporate objectives-including budgeting and staffing of the department.
  • Monitor and implement development plans for the teams, which are aligned to the division’s strong retention strategy, growth and up-sell targets.
  • Build and maintain direct and effective relationships with existing clients and advisors (brokers and consultants).
  • Act as a trouble-shooter for complex issues related to clients as well as coordinates communication and solutions for Customer Experience clients.

Your background:

  • University degree in business administration, finance or marketing
  • 10 years of experience in the Group Savings & Retirement sector related to client relationships or sales, including 5 years in a management role
  • In-depth knowledge of Group Savings and Retirement products and services
  • In-depth industry knowledge (i.e. markets, competitors, legislation, plan design, investments, etc.)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Bilingual, French & English, written and spoken
