Our Client Services team has the ability to listen to our clients’ needs and find tailor-made solutions for them while being mindful of minimizing costs and respecting all relevant standards and legislations. They also lead business relationships, liaise among various stakeholders, and tackle daily operations in a timely and efficient manner. Their commitment to providing a great customer experience is contributing to our continued success.

You have a strong interest to learn about financial products as well as group savings and retirement and insurance products to better serve our many stakeholders. Some pragmatic details that might make a difference for you as a permanent employee:

  • 37.5 hours per week. Working hours varying between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. No weekend work.
  • No sales solicitation required.
  • Downtown location (Peel station) with access to: free Wi-Fi, complete gym at a very affordable price, a Presse Café restaurant and the building’s indoor parking on Saturdays and Sundays for free.

Your contribution:

  • Process all requests in a timely and effective manner by ensuring the files are updated and the appropriate solution was or will be found.
  • Acquire and maintain a good understanding of the systems, services and products.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with internal and external clients and provide accurate information to clients based on product knowledge.
  • Respond professionally and accurately to questions and requests from internal and external clients regarding established methods.
  • Find solutions for various client complaints and issues and send files to supervisors, when necessary.
  • Generate reports and carry out various administrative duties.

Your background:

  • Diploma of Collegial Studies or University degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge of financial products or interest and motivation to learn more.
  • Bilingual, French and English (written and spoken).
